Man it was hot this weekend. I kept the balcony door open a lot to Ragnar's delight. He was meowing in front of it this morning and looked devestated when I told him he couldn't go out.
It was so hot that I got drowsy. I napped on my new bedspread between two and four in the afternoon. Me, taking afternoon naps. Age has snuck up on me, haha.
I finally decided to put my one year of free digital TV to use and started watching some Discovery channel. Four channels are included in the package: Discovery, Science, Civilisation and Animal planet.
In the evening I went to the movies and saw POTC 3. I liked it a lot, even though it was long and had a very unusual ending.
I was back home around nine, where I cooked dinner and was online. I went to bed around eleven thirty but it took a while to fall asleep. When I did fall asleep, I kept waking up. It was so hot I ended up sleeping on top of the covers. And of course Ragnar wanted to sleep on my face.
Anyway, I slept very little. I got up early and have had a good start at work. Today our apartment went to Anette's cabin and had a meeting in her garden. She had baked a carrot cake and it was very sunny. We were there for about two hours and had a good chat. Now I'm back at the office, waiting to go lunch in forty minutes.
I have gym tonight. Except for that, not much planned. All in all, not a very extraordinary life.
