No, I will NOT write the angsty BDSM Frodo/Sam/Gollum saga that is forming in my mind and already has several interesting scenes and pieces of dialogue that attack me when I am resting and scream "Write ussss! Rearrange ussss! Flesh usss out!"
No, I will NOT write the mega-angsty Ian!Het-fic with the unhappily-in-love!uber-self-conscious!OFC where disgusted!Ian is miserably unhappy from beginning to the end when he winds up crying on the bed feeling like a schauvinistic pig and a rape victim all at once.
No, I will NOT write the super-smutty m/m/f PWP where Peter and Fran (and possibly Phil) dominates Elijah who was their sub all the way through shooting, thus taking away the sting of his father's betrayal, and where he gets fucked by PJ in his hotel room after the 2002 Golden Globes, because Elijah is drunk and Daddy and Mommy cares, OK? This is all very frustrating, and leaves me with the following conclusions:
