A time honoured tradition re-instated
Feb. 5th, 2003 08:19 pmToday I vomited in public for the first time since 1990. I was celebrating getting back into schoolwork+finally getting money+finally feeling better by meeting Malin after school for a lunch buffay at a chinese restaurant. The buffay sucked in all kinds of ways, not that it was bad but someones stole our deep fried calamari that the chef made for Malin and me because we asked if there were any. *growls*
And then we had to pay for the sodas which you just never do in sweden at lunch. Then we met Robin, her nice role-playing, computer freak friend and went to a cafe and gossiped for a while. I had a big cookie and a cup of tea. When we left I felt kind of bad. I asked Malin to go buy mineral water, and she did. We walked a little more, I bought some eyes for my aunt's teddies and then went out again. I ended up womiting in the snow in the middle of town right in front of all the stores... twice. The last time I did that was when I was ten and got sick after seeing a movie with mum, dad and aunt. Mum got upset and we had to take the car instead of the bus home. I felt so bad!
This time though it was very easy and quickly over, thankfully. I lost about everything I had eaten. SO now I'm hungry again. Malin and Robin were really commendable, Malin rubbed my back and Robin fetched me paper. They both have severe vomit-phobia so they were very brave! LOL. we took the bus home, with a plastic bag and mineral water handy, and things were fine. The strange thing is, the last couple of days I´ve been feeling a lot better so it sucks to vomit again. I still feel really sick in the mornings (My mom joked that I was pregnant) and it doesn´t give until 10 30 or so. But it gets better. This morning was better then yesterday morning. I have learned my lesson and am not eating any breakfast anymore, I just drink lots of tap and mineral water until it gives.
