I love having worked!!

One year ago I worked three hours for the bakery itself. Now that I've just come home from two hours of training I find a letter from them saying they will give me 46 SEK in holiday compensation pay on Monday! That's what I call pleasant surprises! LOL, especially since I stopped by the store on the way home buying extra stuff for about that much that I needed but still felt guilty about (marinade, pork, prunes)! I *love* having worked!

They've just showed the public manifestation for Anna Lindh on Sergel square on TV, and Mr. Persson read the speech that she held on Olof Palme's funeral when he had been murdered in 1986. It's very eerie that she met the same fate as her hero and that the words she wrote for his funeral was used for hers. I mean, how odd is that? To write your own eulogy. And Göran Persson almost started crying again.
