Oct. 26th, 2007 11:45 amTonight is the corporate group's annual personel party. (Remember I tell you about this every year.) This year our company arranges it and the theme (and dress code!) is "The Academy Awards."
Luckily, I had a fitting top and big skirt and shoes (which I haven't worn for years.) I also dug up (and washed!!) the gloves I wore for my high school graduation prom, so I'll hopefully look somewhat Oscar-compliant.
The party is held on a restaurant down town and my department are meeting for a drink at Anette's at six. I work until three and then I'll buy stockings & some hair pins (I'll ask Lena to help me put it up since I sucketh at coiffure making) and go home and get ready.
The party is between 1900 and 0100 and I've scheduled this weekend's gym on Sunday instead of Saturday... :-)
I'm sure it will be fun!
