Last day of the 2012 Olympics
Aug. 12th, 2012 03:20 pmFourth Olympic final for the Men's Handball team in forty minutes. Will it be silver or gold for Sweden? These Olympics haven't been good for us.
Although we did win Gold in one of the sailing classes, our standard bearer and greatest hopeful Rolf-Göran Bengtsson couldn't compete in the Equestrian Show Jumping final as his horse had a tiny injury. That was extremely depressing, and I can't even begin to imagine how upsetting it was for him.
The swimming last week was pretty interesting and the Athletics this week was very fun to watch. Michael Phelps - what an athlete! And how fast is not Usain Bolt???
ETA: 22-21 to France. But the Swedish team fought well. :-(
