And the apartment is sold!!!
May. 7th, 2014 09:15 pmSigned today! In 32 days I get to leave the "temporary" home I've lived in for nine (!!) years. And for a nice profit, too! I feel so happy about this. :D :D
I don't get access to my new apartment until July 1st, so I'm going to live at Malin's with the cats for a month. The buyer pays for shipping my furniture to a storage facility and for one month's storage.
He's one of those people who buys apartments to renovate them and sell them for a profit. This means I won't have to hire a cleaning firm, which is further money saved. So, yay!
