Recently home from my long walk in the pleasant weather. I walked across the town on the other side of the canal until I reached the bridge next to my house. It took a good 45 minutes. Now I've had coffee and fiber toast with a marmelade I bought at the store. It's tropical fruit marmelade sweetened with fruit juices. It was quite yummy.

For dinner I shall have soup and pancakes.

Other than that I am insanely bored and listening to the radio. It's at times like this I wish I had video-on-demand.
