Mythbusters and free concert

kribbanBeen marathoning Mythbusters lately. I left off when I lost Discovery Channel, back in 2006 or so, and I had forgotten how much I loved it.
I want to live in a world where you can shoot at and blow up stuff safely and watch it on high speed camera later.
I've always had the feeling that all Discovery's shows take place outside of time, in a generic, idyllic location. Don't know why.
Last night I went to a free concert that the city and the merchant's council founded. It was the popular musical Night of Queen with a solist that comes from our town. It was held in front of the steps leading down to the water and it was absolutely packed with people. I managed to get a good spot, although I was too late to get a seat on the steps and it was a bit straining to stand for two hours. It was an awesome experience though, and they performed one of my favorite songs, Who Wants to Live Forever. The light effects looked awesome as night fell and the full moon lit up the sky.
