kribbanGROAN! I just had the most complicated customer case ever... he had the most unbelievable story. But in the end he was satisfied (sort of). Tomorrow I shall be completely alone for the first half of the day! LOL!
One-worker has the day off, one will be caring for his kid, another is going to Singapore, one is sick, our boss is at a conference and my other co-worker has a doctor's appointment but will be joining me after lunch. LOL!
