kribbanIn sweden the supreme court freed three men of a gang rape yesterday because they didn't consider the woman to have been helpless enough. They concluded she had been helpless and in a "ruthless" situation but not enough. A very famous lawyer said in the paper he was happy the court had not allowed itself to be influenced by populistic propaganda.
The thing that terrifies me is that this could happen to Malin and what would that do to our relationship. She's already so fragile and innocent. She would hate herself and cry and be suicidal and terrified. I don't know if I would have the strength to help her everyday and be able to convince herself it's not her fault and she doesn't deserve to die. I'd hate those men so much and society for doing this to her.
