kribbanI just opened my mail! Last week we received a list of large customers without contracts and I called one of them - my local grocery store. They were too busy to talk so I wrote them a letter and sent them a contract which they returned on Monday - without anything selected. I sent it back with a letter asking them to make a selection and now I got it back!
They have selected to be bound to us for one year. I'm glad because it's money saved for them, and for us as well since we know we've got them for at least a whole year. 425 000 kilowatthours per year!
