I accidentally sent a mail about a customer case that was supposed to go to my colleague to the customer in question... *Hides under rock* I didn't write anything bad in my mail, just "He seems angry, but I don't read Norwegian very well" and "Unfortunately his e-mail is in Norwegian" and things about how to solve his problem. Sigh.
I immediately e-mailed the customer, apologising and asking him to disregard the e-mail, and told him we were, as he can see, discussing how to solve his problem.
