Sunday afternoon laziness & The Big Bash

kribbanJust relaxing and waiting for my nail polish to dry. I painted my nails blue. Have to come up with a good eyeshadow combination until Thursday. (I never do these things so I need some practise runs.)
Basically what will happen is that the city is throwing a party in the ice arena (that I see from my window) for all its employees. That means all those who work in schools, administration, maintenence etc. as well as the 600 who work in the corporate group Telge, all in all 6000 people.
Now, this isn't as unusual as you may think. We've got two major industries in Södertälje - Scania and Astra Zeneca an they have used the ice arena to throw personel parties for their tens of thousands employees.
What's basically behind this party is that the city employees have felt neglected for years, getting crappy Christmas presents etc (not those in Telge of course!) and so the city has decided to throw them a big party. It was originally planned for January 20 but they postponed it when the Tsunami disaster struck.
My whole group is going of course. I think it's going to be pretty fucking cool.
