I'm so damn lucky

kribbanRoland just left for his vacation and he said "And now Ms. Johansson you should have a very good time this summer" and he hugged me and said everything was going to be all right.
I'm so lucky I have two co-workers, Roland and Lena, who care about me and know what I'm going through (and that I'm seeing the therapist.)
In therapy today I was told to do some exercises to connect my sense of self to my body. Will give it a try.
Saw a flat today. The idea of living there alone with myself scares me but I liked the place and I will try to bid on it. It was super-fresh (a young couple had lived there.) Afterwards I went into The Body Shop and saw two things I had planned to buy were on sale. Yay!
