Busy day...
Dec. 9th, 2006 01:39 pmOkay, so I ran a bit late this morning. Last night I decided to finally start watching the rental DVDs I had at home so I could send them back and I thought I'd continue doing that today. Only problem is, by watching the movie I ran late.
I am invited to a Yule Bord at a local restaurant by my aunt and uncle and I had planned to go to the gym before that. Now I will have to go to the Yule Bord, cram myself with food for two hours and then go to the gym and work out. I'll probably get sick, but that's the schedule I'm forced to go for. I'll just bring my gym clothes to the restaurant and go directly afterwards.
That will mean I am home around five, will shower and change and rush out to meet Lena at five thirty. We have tickets to the Christmas concert (in which my boss plays drums) which starts at seven but it's so popular we have to stand in line for ninety minutes to get good seats.
Very busy day. And tomorrow I have a deadline on my story. Oh yey. Well, at least I finished the DVDs and can send them in.
In other news, the news here are ripe with stories about the first Swede in space. His name is Christer Fuglesang and has been Sweden's only astronaunt since 1992. After fourteen years it is finally his turn to go to space (the ISS). There is a bit of a space craze in Sweden now. The televison had special broadcasting to show the launch live, but the launch was cancelled, as you probably know. They make another attempt tonight. If I'm up, I'm going to watch. :-)
