New Gym Program
Mar. 31st, 2007 02:17 pmIt's Saturday afternoon and the weather outside is in full summer mode. I've been to the gym (which means day off on Sunday, gym on Monday, and time to do grocery shopping on Tuesday) where the instructor put together a new program with me. She kept most of my usual excercises, addded some, and split them all into two programs with nine exercises each, rather than twelve.
One day I do one program, then the next time I go to the gym I do the second one. It sounds like fun. She asked me what my goal was and I said "to build muscles" which is honest, lol.
Now I've showered and cooked lunch (mince meat tomato sauce with whole grain pasta) and I will eat it in my robe while watching some SG1.
