My meeting with Malin on Thursday was nice. I followed her bra shopping, she followed me to the bank, then we went to the grocery store and then we went back to my flat.

I had bought a ready made asian soup that was very yummy. After that I made pancakes that we had with strawberry jam and vanilla sauce. She went home around seven.

Yesterday we had a department meeting at work in which the boss went through the bi-annual employee survey. This time around our department had scored very low, and our boss stressed that we use the coaching talks next week to voice exactly what it is we don't like about the office.

All week the cafeteria has had a Mexican theme. They've also served dried fruit. Yummy.

This morning I met with an instructor at the gym. She added a few exercises to my program and told me which ones were interchangable. She also gave me a few pointers. After working out I went home, had lunch, chatted with
