Good start of the week

kribbanI'm in a fairly good mood lately. I have a sore throat and the usual worries regarding that (as I child I was taught that working out with a sore throat generally results in death) but I can't help feel excited about going to the gym anyway.
I mean I quite often have a cold or a sore throat (albeit this time it's a bit stronger than before) and going by that rule I would still be over weight and lying on the couch. :-/
Salary comes on Friday which is squee worthy all in itself, and it looks like it will be a pretty good month financially. And the month after that, as well, so I'll be able to save up some money for future investments (like renovation work or a shower. Must. Have. Shower.)
I'm also relieved about Torchwood. The new season seems much more fun than the last one (so far anyway) and the shipper part of me is pleased to. I had two desires for Jack/Ianto: 1) that it would be made clear Ianto has fallen in love and 2) that Jack has some sort of feelings for him. I got both, so now it will just be fun to see where it goes from here.

silversolitaire with her fic. On Friday night Lena called to tell me how it's going with her new job. Apparently training is very tough, and she's the oldest in her class. I'm sure she'll do fine though.
