Good things come to those who complain

Just got my tax declaration forms and I'll be getting a bigger refund than I had thought, so yay. My salary negotiation went all right. The boss told me I was amazing as usual (I'm not bragging, he always say I am amazing but doesn't really do anything about it) and that I had good arguments.
At my company we have three levels of pay raise: You get 30 EUR if you do an okay job, 50 if you do a good job and 80 if you do a completely awesome job. That way you can give someone a level 3 pay raise and tell them "Look, you're awesome! You get the highest level!" without actually having to pay all that much money.
Back in December I complained about my salary and I think that prepared him for this negotiation. I said that while I appreciate that because of seniority, different job titles etc my salary should be lower than some other peoples' I don't think it's okay that it's 35-40% lower considering my sales results. He agreed and said that in addition to giving me the highest level of pay raise he will ask for an "additional adjustment" in front of the board of directors. He asked what level I think my salary should be and although I had practised this litany of 25000, 25000, 25000 in my head at that moment I stuttered and said "Uh, twenty four or twenty five would be all right."
Either way it is much more than I would have gotten otherwise. He said he'll get back to me with exact figures later in the month and we'll get the raise retroactively from the first of April.
I really feel positive about this. I have three short term financial goals: to pay off my credit card debt, to start paying back the money my parents loaned me for my downpayment three years ago and to increase my long term savings.
