kribbanOkay, this is weird. As you may know, I live next to a bridge. I see it from my kitchen and living room windows.
This bridge is popular with suicide jumpers, although none have died while I've lived here, or even jumped while I have been at home and wake.
Now ther are three cop cars with blinking lights parked at the bridge. Are they talking down a potential jumper? My binoculars don't tell me anything.
Of course, I could be paranoid. There could be a different other reasons why the cops are there.
But still, it freaks me out that I live at a place of death. Or rather, it *doesn't* freak me out, and that's what bothers me. I should be more disturbed. Ten years ago, I would be. Now it's like I don't care.
Right, time for bed now. Work tomorrow.
ETA: they left, so whatever it was, it was resolved.
