kribbanSo the new trailer is out for Mission Impossible V (which is really the sequel to Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol.)
Now, Ghost Protocol is one of my all-time favorite movies, so I'm equal parts excited and nervous. Paula Patton is not returning (boo) but Renner and Pegg are, so three out of four ain't bad, I guess. I just hope they at least mention Jane's absence.
The trailer looks good. I really hope they don't go the "darker and edgier" route with this one. What I loved about Ghost Protocol was how light-hearted and funny it was (and that none of the main characters were particularly angst-ridden or tortured.) I also hope they keep the fun team dynamics.
I'll definitely be seeing this in the cinema!
