kribban17 years ago an old drunk gave me wine advice in a liquor store. “Orvieto” - he spelled the name out - never gets you sick, never gives you headaches. You can drink as much as you want.
17 years later I finally picked out a bottle of Orvieto. It tastes ~nothing~.
