A guy called and said he hadn't been able to send in the contract because he had been committed to a mental hospital! He asked if I could fax it to the hospital and he would fill it out and sign it and fax it back. I thought he was joking but when I faxed it I saw the fax number went to a mental hospital!

The next caller was a lovely middleaged lady called Ivy who is going to start up her own farm next year after her divorce. She was so wonderful and poetic and sounded so happy!
